Dear Exhibitors:

Mark your calendar for end-of-summer fun!

We recognize that you are a key exhibitor in reining and with this letter want to personally invite you to attend two of the most exciting events of 2005! We are contacting you early so you can schedule to attend both the Fiesta in The Park in Kentucky and the Jim Glover Chevrolet Tulsa Reining Classic.

Both events are cooperating together to make it possible to attend each and to create a convenient two-show series that will allow you prime showing opportunities in great facilities.

The Fiesta in the Park is hosting the 2005 Adequan®/USEF Reining Championships. That’s reason enough to attend, but there’s much more to this show. Located in the wonderful, historic Kentucky Horse Park, this reining event also features a full slate of NRHA Classes, including a $10,000 Added Non Pro Classic and a $15,000 Added Maturity for 4-year-olds! It will be a great place for a week of family fun in this 800 acre facility. You can take tours through the Park and see the famous retired race horses and the best of the best of scores of horse breeds.

In its inaugural year, the Jim Glover Chevrolet Tulsa Reining Classic featured two full slates of classes and an Open and Non-Pro Futurity, awarding over $100,000 in cash and $50,000 in prizes. Exhibitors enjoyed the newly-renovated state-of-the-art facilities and had a blast at the Slide Zone, a featured Saturday night reining extravaganza. 2005 promises to be even better and the Tulsa Classic will announce its added money and prizes during the National Reining Breeders Classic in April.

We’re hoping you’ll come and enjoy the Fiesta in the Park, August 23-28 then go right on to Tulsa for the Jim Glover Chevrolet Tulsa Reining Classic on Labor Day weekend. We’ve arranged for you to be able to check in on Monday and Tuesday at Tulsa. You’ll be able to leave Lexington, make the trip on Interstates 64 and 44 right to Tulsa (about 720 miles).

If you need additional information or have special requests, please contact us! We want to do whatever is needed to make these end-of-summer shows a big success!

For those of you traveling from the west coast, we can help with layover information for on the way, as well. Just let us know if we can help! Also, please contact us for entry information, premium books, etc.

Sincerely,

Cheryl Magoteaux                                    Tami Wagman
