Information for USEF/CRI & Fiesta in the Park Exhibitors

We're excited to hold this first Adequan®/USEF Championship show in the beautiful
Kentucky Horse Park and you'll want to plan some time to tour this wonderful
facility. Besides the different displays you can also ride horseback
throughout the 1000 acre facility.

With the show right around the corner here are a few items that we want to
make sure that you are aware of:

- If you are on the USEF Rider long list and have not entered the CRI please
contact the Fiesta office and we can get you entered.

- Horse Requirements - USEF/CRI horses are required to have either a
National or FEI Passport and Flu vaccination records.

Requirements to Bring Livestock Into Kentucky ALSO - You will need to
FREQUENTLY check and recheck the
Vesicular Stomatitis requirements as they can change quickly as the disease
progresses.

- Stabling will be provided in conjunction with the Hunter show that is
running concurrently with the Fiesta in the Park.  Upon arrival to the Park
please follow the signs to the stall check-in office. You'll check in there
for your stalls then they will direct you to where the Reining Horse Show
Office is located in the Coliseum.

- USEF horses will be required to be stalled in a separate area upon
arrival.  Their stabling area will not be secured until Friday following the
jog inspection.

- A special USEF seminar will be held on Thursday afternoon. The focus of
this seminar will be the Horse Inspection or Jog, General Information and
Taking care of Paperwork involved in FEI competition.

- The Arrival Inspection will be conducted Friday morning, at approximately
10 am.  The FEI Vet will need to see the horses' identification records,
passports, and vaccination records.

- The Jog Inspection will be conducted Friday afternoon, at approximately 3
pm.  Again the jury will need identification records, passports and
vaccination records.

- Camping is available on grounds and does require a $20 first night's rent
to reserve a spot.

- Order Feed, Bedding, and Golf Carts by contacting Devers Show Services at
859-233-9702.

- Release of Liability - Please be sure to complete a Release of Liability
form when you arrive at the show.  Please sign this form and turn it in to
the Fiesta show office.  This form must be signed prior to competition.
